When my eleven year old daughter and I were invited to participate in a sex education program, I really didn't know what to expect. I did know that talking with my kids about sex was uncomfortable, what I learned was that it didn't have to be.

Several years later, after paying my dues as a sex education instructor for a non-profit organization, I developed thetalk to help other parents and kids get comfortable talking about sex, love and relationships. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience.

I live in Laguna Niguel with my three children (who find their mom's career a bit embarrassing at times) and hope to keep talking, creating a conversation to last a lifetime.
